Humphreys Fellowships Application Procedures (for 2012-13)

Interested applicants who meet the application criteria should submit applications by June 1, 2011.

Based on an initial review of these applications, the U.S. Embassy will invite those candidates deemed most highly qualified to appear for a personal interview at their own expense in Beijing in late June or early July 2011. Applications for a limited number of candidates who are selected from the China interview process will be submitted to Washington, D.C., where the final selections are made.  Announcements about the final selection will be made in January or February 2012. Selection is very competitive.
