REDISTRIBUTION:

The property shown in this folder is available for Redistribution to other offices within the parent agency.  There is no charge for redistributed property, but the gaining office must pay all charges related to removal, packing and shipping to onward destination.  To request redistribution of property shown in this folder, please send an email to BeijingAuction@state.gov  

TRANSFER:

If there are no interested offices within the parent agency, this property is available for Transfer to other US Governement agencies.  The cost of this property will be the depreciated value, as determined by GSO/Property Beijing.  As with reallocation, the gaining office must pay all charges related to removal, packing and shipping to onward destination.  To request transfer of property shown in this folder, please send an email to BeijingAuction@state.gov

SALE:

If there is no interested office within the US Government, this property is available for purchase by individuals in the Beijing diplomatic community.  Winning bidders will be announced at the end of the bidding period.  Bids must be submitted electronically to BeijingAuction@state.gov using the bid form attached below.  Bid periods are listed with property photos.  Winning bidders are responsible for all charges related to removal, packing and shipping to onward destination, and must pay for and remove their winnings at a time specified by the owner.   

This property is offered simultaneously for redistribution, transfer or purchase, with priority given first to redistribution, then transfer, then purchase.  Individual items may be requested for redistribution or transfer, but purchases may only be made on lots as defined by owner.  Interested agencies or individuals should contact GSO/Property Beijing at Embassy extension 5906, or email GSO/Property at:  BeijingAuction@state.gov
