Description: US embassy is seeking renovation service for its official and residential buildings. It includes electric system renovation, plumbing, painting, flooring, interior decoration, etc. Contract amount is from RMB 5,000 to RMB 500,000.

Qualifications: has Chinese business license for renovation and construction; at least 3 year's experience in this trade.

The U. S. Embassy is going to have an interior renovation project. The total amount is about RMB450,000.00 ~ RMB550,000.00.

The company shall:

-          Have local business license for selling required products.

-          Have at least 3 years’ experience in the trade field

-          Can write and read English documents and communicate in English
