American Citizen Service Outreach Program in Tianjin

A vice consul from the U.S. Embassy will be available on Friday, April 25th, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Tianjin International School, (天津国际学校). The address of the Tianjin International School is #1 Meiyuan Road, Huayuan Industrial Area, Nankai District, Tianjin, China.   (天津市南开区华苑产业园区梅苑路1号) and the phone number is 022-8371-0900 extension 300.

The vice consul will be available to assist American citizens by performing notarial services, accepting passport applications, renewing passports, adding passport pages, providing voting information, and providing registration information.   The vice consul will answer any other questions related to Embassy services and have applications and forms available. 

If you wish to apply for a passport, or to have additional pages added to your passport, you must email us the following information by the close of business on Friday, April 18: (1) name (as it appears in the passport); (2) date of birth; (3) gender; (4) place of birth; (5) social security number; (6) permanent address; (7) home and/or business telephone; (8) passport number; (9) passport issuance and expiration date and its place of issuance.  If you wish to have a notarial service performed, please email your name, date and place of birth by close of business on Friday, April 18. Our e-mail address is amcitbeijing@state.gov.

If you are requesting a paid service, please remember to bring exact change and provide an e-mail request before April 18.  Unfortunately, if you do not e-mail in advance we can not provide additional pages, accept passport applications, renew passports, or provide notarial services.
