American Citizen Services Outreach Program in Wuhan, Hubei Province

A vice consul from the U.S. Embassy will be available Wednesday, May 6 from 9:00 a.m. until noon at the New World International Trade Tower, 8th Floor, 568 Jianshe Ave., Hankou, Wuhan (武汉市汉口建设大道568号武汉新世界国贸大厦8层).

The vice consul will be available to assist American citizens by performing notary services and providing registration information.  Passport applications will also be accepted, and the vice consul will answer any other questions related to Embassy services.

For passport application instructions and to download forms, please visit the Embassy’s website at http://beijing.usembassy-china.org.cn/passports.html.
If you wish to have additional pages added to your passport, you must send an email to amcitbeijing@state.gov with the following information before 8:00 a.m. on          Monday, May 4:

(1) name (as it appears in the passport);
(2) date of birth;
(3) gender;
(4) place of birth;
(5) social security number;
(6) permanent address;
(7) home and/or business telephone;
(8) passport number;
(9) passport issuance and expiration date and its place of issuance.
