SEALED SALE BID OF USED PROPERTY
LOCATION:U.S. Embassy Warehouse – No.18 Tianzhu Road, Area A, Beijing Tianzhu Airport Industrial Zone Shunyi, Beijing (See attached map)
TIME: Thursday July 1st, 2010 From 10:00am until 2:00pm
In order to attend the auction you must pre-register by sending your name, red card or ID number, phone number and the names of any others that will accompany you by email to: Beijingauction@state.gov or call 8531 4521. You will be notified of your bidder number once the Embassy has completed your registration. Please contact us if you do NOT receive a bidder no. 2-3 days after submitting your registration. All bidders need to show their bidder no. and red card or ID card to gain access to the auction on auction day. (The last day to register is: June 30th, 2010)

Winning bidders are responsible for make their own arrangements for removal of won items.

The Embassy reserves the right to remove any item from the sale if the bids are considered insufficient. No returns, no refunds, and no maintenance after sale. The buyer is solely responsible for removal of the items from the compound.

拍到物品的人员需要自行安排车辆按时取货
