     Winning bidders are responsible for make their own arrangements for removal of won items.

  • Registration:
    In order to attend the auction you must pre-register by sending your name, red card or ID number, phone number and the names of any others that will accompany you by email to: Beijingauction@state.gov or call 8531 4521 or 8531 3586.  You will be notified of your bidder number once the Embassy has completed your registration. Please contact us if you do NOT receive a bidder no. 2-3 days after submitting your registration. All bidders need to show their bidder no.  and red card or ID card to gain access to the auction on auction day. (The last day to register is: Sep 30th, 2010. Maximum bidder number: 150)

  • Note: Items are sold on an as is/where is basis and are not returnable or refundable. All sales are final. The Embassy reserves the right to remove any item from the sale if the bids are considered insufficient.  No returns, no refunds, and no maintenance after sale. The buyer is solely responsible for removal of the items from the compound.

    请通过以下电子邮件或打电话来提前预约以获得来宾号码并告知您的姓名，联系电话，外交官证号码或身份证号码以及提供与您一同参加人员的相关信息，每个来宾号码允许2名参加者进入。使馆会根据您的信息为您进行登记预约。如在发出申请2-3日仍未获得号码请与我们联系。电子邮件：beijingauction@state.gov 电话：8531 4521或8531 3586 所有参加拍卖会人员须在拍卖日当天告知来宾号码。（报名截止日期为2010年10月30日，最多参加人数：150人)
