ACS Outreach Program in Changsha, Hunan Province

A vice consul from the U.S. Embassy will be available to meet with U.S. citizens in Changsha at the Crowne Plaza City Center Changsha on Wednesday, October 21, 2009 from 7pm to 9pm.  The Crowne Plaza City Center is located at 868 Wuyi Avenue, Changsha, Hunan 410005, P. R. China (中国湖南省长沙市五一大道868号http://www.crowneplaza-changsha.com; Tel: 86-731-288 8888) The vice consul will be available in the lobby of the hotel.

An officer from the Embassy Economic Section will also be available at the same time to speak with any U.S. business persons interested in discussing China’s economy and business climate. To confirm a meeting with the economic officer, please email fritzjd@state.gov

The vice consul will be available to assist American citizens by performing notary services, adding passport pages, accepting passport applications, providing registration information, and answering other questions related to Embassy services. 

If you wish to have any services performed, including notary services, passport renewals, or additional pages added to your passport, you must email us the following information by close of business on Friday, October 16, 2009:

(1) name (as it appears in the passport);

(2) date of birth;

(3) gender;

(4) place of birth;

(5) social security number;

(6) permanent address;

(7) home and/or business telephone;

(8) passport number;

(9) passport issuance and expiration date and its place of issuance.
