Humphrey Fellowship Application Procedure (for 2013-14)

Interested applicants who meet the application criteria should submit applications by May 25, 2012.

Based on an initial review of these applications, the U.S. Embassy will invite those candidates deemed most highly qualified to appear for a personal interview at their own expense in Beijing in mid-July 2012.  Applications for a limited number of candidates who are selected from the China interview process will be submitted to Washington, D.C., where the final selections are made.  Announcements about the final selection will be made in late February or early March 2013.  Selection is very competitive.
